Event News

The True Believers Comic Festival has changed its date to Saturday 7th February 2015. According to the press release, the change has been made to avoid a potential clash with either London Super Comic Convention or MCM Birmingham. The press release says;

“After very careful consideration, we have decided to move our first True Believers Comic Festival from March 2015 to Saturday 7th February 2015. The decision was not taken lightly, but we felt in order to bring people the best comic event possible, it was the right decision. MCM and LSCC are both great events and we do not wish to clash against them.”

The True Believers Kickstarter is currently live and has reached 31% of its overall goal of £5,500 in its first week, with an end date of 5th March 2014. You can find a link to the Kickstarter below, where you can book your tickets for the event (including an exclusive True Believer Ticket).

The event will be taking place at Cheltenham Racecourse in Gloucestershire and their guest list includes Dylan Teague, Lee Townsend, Lee Sullivan, Mike Collins, Lee Garbett, Kate Brown, Emma Vieceli, Nich Angell and Jon Lock, with more names to be announced soon.
