Event News

Now in its fourth year the British Horror Festival returns to The Empire in Leicester Square on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th October with a tasty slate of international horror films, and a focus on British Spine Tinglers.

As usual there are Q&As with the filmmakers and screenings are led by a panel of horror authors. Amongst this year’s festival line-up are: Fortune Cookie Prophecies (dir. Henry Li), In the House of Flies (dir. Gabriel Carrer), and Entity (dir. Steven Stone), plus a whole slew of horror shorts on both the Friday and Saturday nights.

Most screenings are followed by a Q&A, and Drag Queen Bunny Galore is on hand to host Saturday’s awards ceremony. The festival wraps up on the Saturday night with a free after party at the Hippodrome casino next to the cinema on Leicester Square.

Sounds to us like the perfect pre-Halloween treat.
