Edge-Lit runs for the 6th time on July 15th, 2017, and again has gathered some of the UK’s most exciting authors for what promises to be one of the biggest genre fiction events of the year. As well as the already confirmed Guests of Honour – including acclaimed and award-winning authors Stephen Baxter, Joanne Harris, Andrew Michael Hurley, Ken MacLeod, Peter Newman, Jeff Noon and Samantha Shannon – the event will be welcoming a host of acclaimed and award-winning authors to its ever popular range of panels and workshops.

Attendees can look forward to seeing Arthur C Clarke Award-winning author Adrian Tchaikovsky, Booker Prize nominated writer Alison Moore and 2016 British Fantasy Award Winners Zen Cho and Catriona Ward as well as popular authors including Charlie Fletcher, Lucy Hounsom, Emma Newman, Natasha Pulley, Anna Stephens and many more besides.

Alex Davis, Literature Officer at QUAD, said: ‘Putting together the line-up each year for Edge-Lit is no small task, but I’m delighted with how this year has shaped up. We’ve had great support from publishers – as well as individual writers – to put together what I think is the best roster of talent at an Edge-Lit yet. It’s bound to help make this an unmissable day of genre fiction!’
